About Me
My passion for helping others began with volunteering in my youth and deepened through my studies at the University of Texas at Arlington, where I earned my Master’s in Social Work in 2019. During my time at UTA, I gained invaluable insight into mental health and substance abuse, equipping me to support individuals navigating life’s challenges.
Throughout my career, I have worked with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, including refugees, immigrants, individuals in crisis, LGBTQ+ community members, trauma survivors, and veterans. My experience spans crisis mental health, inpatient and outpatient substance abuse treatment, suicide prevention, residential care, and community-based support. I have served as a case manager, intern supervisor, crisis interventionist, skills trainer, and therapist in these settings.
Ongoing education and training allow me to support individuals, couples, and groups facing depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD,…
