  • Tricare East/Humana Military (Out of Network ONLY)

We do not currently accept TRICARE West, including out-of-network coverage.

We have immediate virtual & in-person openings for:

Fees

Payment is coordinated through our client portal. We submit your claims for you and ask for a credit card to be on file for co-pays. Our billing department will send invoices and is able to assist.

To find out co-pays and deductibles that need to be met, reach out to your insurance company- most plans cover mental health services.

Private Pay

Cost Per Session: $150

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment. Otherwise, you may be charged a late cancellation fee.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

Notice to clients and prospective clients:

Under the law, healthcare providers must give clients who don’t have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

  • You can ask your healthcare provider and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service or at any time during treatment.

  • If you receive a bill of at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
