Hello! My name is Meagan Cawlfield, and I am a Master of Social Work intern at Texas Tech University. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech and have worked there as both a home visitor and a Certified Postpartum Doula. My background also includes supporting children and families involved in the foster care system.

I am especially passionate about working with women and families as they navigate infertility, adoption, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, parenting, and other meaningful life transitions. My personal and professional experiences have shaped my understanding of child development, family relationships, caregiver well-being, and women’s mental health across the lifespan.
