I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and graduated with degrees in social work from the University of Texas San Antonio (Masters) and Our Lady of the Lake (Bachelor). My professional background includes working with individuals and small groups providing career counseling, and crisis counseling in acute mental health settings.

My belief is that improved mental health can be achieved by identifying and living congruently with our values. Our healing is not limited to therapy, but instead, therapeutic experiences can be incorporated in all areas of our life.  I utilize ACT, MI, and CBT modalities, and worked with clients experiencing anxiety, co-dependency issues and substance use.

Personally, I’m a mother, wife, and community advocate. I enjoy spending my time with creative people and volunteer fostering pets. I’ve lived in Michigan, Texas and Ontario, Canada.
