I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) who is passionate about helping people of all ages feel heard, understood, and supported. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Salisbury University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus. I approach mental health from a whole-person perspective that honors the connection between the body, mind, and environment. Guided by a person-centered approach, I believe that each client brings their own strengths, wisdom, and capacity for growth.
