Hello, my name is Sarah Tucker and as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) my therapy career allows me the privilege to partner alongside clients in the quiet and in the chaos of life. After earning my Master of Social Work from Baylor University, I provided outpatient therapy to clients experiencing severe mental health disorders and resource insecurity. This experience allowed me to develop clinical expertise in co-occurring mental health disorders in addition to recognizing outside factors which can impact mental health. By completing training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), my therapeutic approach values both the internal experiences and social experiences of clients with mental health diagnoses.
