Our Locations
In-Person Therapy
Healing happens best when you're comfortable. That's why we offer therapy both in our welcoming offices and from wherever you feel most at ease.

Face-to-Face Sessions
In-person therapy means you and your therapist share the same physical space. Some people find this format helps them focus and engage fully in their sessions.
Having a place to go for therapy can create helpful boundaries—a space that's just for this work, distinct from home or the office.
When We Recommend In-Person
In-person sessions are especially helpful for:
Younger children (typically ages 10 and under) who benefit from play-based therapy. Using toys, art supplies, games, and movement helps kids communicate and process emotions in developmentally appropriate ways.
Anyone who prefers meeting face-to-face and values having a dedicated location for their therapy appointments.
What to Expect
Healing happens best when you're comfortable. That's why we offer therapy both in our welcoming offices and from wherever you feel most at ease.
Your First Appointment
Your first session is about getting to know each other and understanding what you're hoping to work on. Your therapist will ask questions and begin developing an approach tailored to your needs.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes and scheduled weekly or bi-weekly based on what works best for you.
